Jorja-An Fox was born July 7th 1968 in New York City. Raised in Florida, she won a modeling contest at a local mall at 15 and had a three-year modeling career before going to school for drama and becoming an actress. She is best known for her role as Sara Sidle on the hit CBS crime drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She also had recurring roles on the successful NBC dramas ER (as Dr. Maggie Doyle) and The West Wing (as Secret Service Agent Gina Toscano). She has also had roles in various movies, such as Food for the Heart (also known as The Hungry Bachelors Club), Velocity Trap, and Memento. She helped found the Los Angeles independent theater company Honeypot Productions and now has her own production company, Seafox Productions. A passionate animal and environmental activist, she is an ambassador for Animal Defenders International. She also enjoys surfing.
